Beginner Summer Classes
Beginner Ballet (Ages 6–9 & Ages 9/10+)
Our Beginner Ballet classes are designed for dancers who are new to ballet or want to revisit the basics. These classes focus on building a solid foundation in ballet technique, including posture, balance, strength, and coordination. We’ll assess each dancer's skills and help them develop confidence while learning basic movements in a fun, supportive environment. This class introduces foundational ballet principles, making it perfect for those looking to explore dance without a strict classical approach.
Beginner Jazz & Hip Hop (Ages 7–11)
Our Beginner Jazz & Hip Hop class brings energy, rhythm, and fun together! Dancers will learn the fundamentals of both jazz and hip hop — building strength, flexibility, rhythm, and coordination through upbeat movement and beginner choreography. This positive, high-energy class encourages confidence, musicality, and creative expression in a supportive environment.
Beginner Ballet, Jazz & Hip Hop (Ages 12-17)
It’s never too late to start! This beginner-level combo class is designed for older students who are new to dance or returning after time away. Dancers will build foundational technique in ballet, jazz, and hip hop while improving coordination, confidence, and musicality. This class moves at an encouraging pace and creates a supportive space for teens to grow and explore multiple styles.

Summer Dance Class Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a Summer Dance Class at Momentum Dance Company, you agree to the following:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes.

No Make-Up Classes will be offered unless a class is canceled by the studio due to instructor unavailability or severe weather.

Class Enrollment is secured once payment is received. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Liability Release: Dance is a physical activity. By enrolling, you release Momentum Dance Company, its staff, and instructors from any and all liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.

Emergency Care Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, Momentum Dance Company has permission to take appropriate action.

Ages 3–5 Potty Policy: Students enrolled in “Intro to Dance” must be potty trained or have a parent/guardian present on-site.

Media Release: Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant permission for Momentum Dance Company to use photos/videos of your child for marketing and social media.
