  • Summer Session Policies

    Summer Session Policies

Our summer program is designed to be flexible, fun, and low-pressure while still keeping classes organized and consistent for everyone.

    Attendance

Students are encouraged to attend regularly for the best progress, but we understand summer schedules vary.

Missed classes are not refundable. Make-ups may be attended in another age-appropriate class during the summer session if space allows.

    Payments

Tuition is invoiced monthly and due by the listed due date.

Because a class spot is reserved for your dancer, tuition is not prorated for absences.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in the dancer’s spot being released.

    Withdrawal

Families may withdraw at any time before the next billing date.
Once a new billing date has passed, that month’s tuition is non-refundable.

    Registration Fee

A one-time $15 summer registration fee is charged per family to reserve class placement.

    Dress Code

Comfortable clothing dancers can move in is perfect for summer.
Dance shoes are recommended if your dancer has them, but not required for the summer session.

Hair should be pulled back away from the face for safety.

    Behavior & Safety

We maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment so every dancer can learn and feel confident.
Students who repeatedly disrupt class may be asked to sit out or be picked up early if necessary.

    Communication

Invoices and studio updates are sent by email.
Please ensure your email is checked regularly so important information is not missed.
