Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - All classes must be booked in advance through our registration or billing system. - Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received or a payment plan is arranged. - Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation Policy Student absences are non-refundable and do not qualify for make-up classes. The only exception is if the studio cancels or reschedules a class due to: - Severe weather conditions - Instructor emergency or unavailability In those cases, a make-up class or rescheduled session will be offered. Waitlist Policy - If a class is full, you may choose to join the waitlist. - Waitlist spots are offered in the order received. - If a spot becomes available, families will be contacted via email miranda@mddancestudio.com or phone (850) 628-7003 and will have 24 hours to confirm before the spot is offered to the next family.
